All the paperwork that can involve applications for building and resource consents, checking with service and utility providers and protecting their infrastructure, corridor access requests, and temporary traffic management through to obtaining Code of Compliance, we take care of it all.

We can construct your Dairy shed this includes all your site works, drainage, concrete works and coordinating of any extra subcontractors that might be required.

Do you farm tracks or cow lanes need some TLC. Whether it be with Lime or Gravel we can make it happen. Supply, Cart, and leveling, getting those tracks back in order.

We are DairyNZ accredited for Dairy Effluent Pond Design and Construction.
Whether it is a new pond, up-grade of an existing pond, pond cleaning, pond lining with HDPE or clay, platform construction for an above ground pond, stone wedges or traps, wetwells or dishes, we can be of service. We have close working relationships with a Chartered Professional Engineer and companies accredited to DairyNZ for Farm Dairy Effluent (FDE) System Design. This allows us to offer the complete design package, initial appraisal through to applying for all the consents you require to not only store effluent but to discharge it to ground.
OUR RURAL CAPABILITIES
Site survey to determine critical levels through to the design of a detailed proposal, including estimates and quotations for the various options, can all be handled in-house by us.
Once the final proposal is adopted, we can apply for the building and resource consents and construct your pond. We can provide routine monitoring of your pond and undertake works to maintain its integrity.
