We are currently looking for
Quantity Surveyor/Contract Manager
Based in Ashburton
Estimating (Construction)
Full Time
$100,000-$120,000
About us

Qualifications & experience
- Experience in a Similar role (Min 2 years Necessary)
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Similar (Discretional)
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel & Microsoft Project (essential) - Microsoft Word, InDesign and Adobe Acrobat (Desired)
- Clean driver’s licence essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate, concise interpretations of customer specifications and requirements in the Quoting, Tendering and Design process.
- Compile costing and quotations.
- Review and approve designs and deliverables to meet project objectives.

Experienced Concrete Placer
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in a Similar role
- Passion for concrete placing and working in changing environments
- Clean driver’s licence essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Boxing and Site Preparation for concrete pours on a range of sites.
- Working with Concrete Truck drivers and directing.
