This job involved completing the site works for the New Sports Courts at Allenton School.

Scope

• Design of the courts including site investigation, survey, set out and levels to connect to existing hardstand and landscaping.
• Design and identification of the trafficable area suitable for heavy vehicles driving over and turning (e.g. Fire engines, Life Education van and prime mover)
• Investigate the location of all buried services. Existing stormwater services (hall stormwater and existing surface drainage) are to be retained and or modified to suit the new site layout.
• Other services in the area are to be reported if found to be live and decommissioned or removed outside the footprint. NB: Existing cabling, water and sewer pipes servicing the former CEBUS block are anticipated and now redundant
• Drainage design including surface falls, catchment channels or grates to connect to existing stormwater system and / or new drainage soakpit.
